Biography

Niels Peters is a Senior Associate at Centrum Realty and Development, LLC where he assists in a wide range of investment, development, and asset management activities in Chicago and the Southeast, while also supporting the property management platform. Prior to joining Centrum, Niels was an Acquisitions and Asset Management Associate at Elmdale Partners LLC,
where he worked with a self-storage, office, retail, multifamily, and mixed-use portfolio supporting all acquisition, asset management, and reporting activities. Niels received his BBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison School of Business in May 2023.
